Tutorial for Husky Plastics

Front number plate: T30 middle than 6mm for the yellow piece at the back.
Front fender: Have to take front number plate off. 2 bolts T30 up top and 2 bolts 8mm under fender
Fork guards: 3 T30 on each and 6mm for brake line.
Shrouds: 2 T30 in by rad and than have to take off seat to get to the 2 6mm the seats covering
Airbox number plate : Work your way from the back - there are three places that the number plates snaps into. Pull towards yourself and work from top to bottom.
Small airbox plate: T30 underneath than push ahead to let the other connecting piece go free and than take off.
Seat: Only one T30 bolt holding this in.
Exhaust plate: Have to take airbox number plate and seat off. Unclip top part where connects to funder and than pull back lower side. This can be a bugger to take off. Best way I found was standing on the other side of the bike and pushing down on the plate for the bottom two connectors to let go. Slide up exhaust side.
Bottom side exhaust plate: Same steps as exhaust plate but need to completely take exhaust off (two middle T30’s and exhaust hook). There is a T30 and clip underneath the plate you cant see until you take the exhaust off similar to the other side.
Rear fender: 2 6mm’s after you take seat off and 4 T30s under the fender.

Hope this helps if anyone ever comes across this forum again. Whoever did the manual must of been drunk. No where in the book does it show how to take off shrouds, rear fender, or the small side plates - which were all the most difficult ones to do.
