The following list includes the numbers 1 to 99. I'm a little confused as to how the numbering system works after that. Some years they include the 100 and like this year they skipped right to 103 after 99. I'm not sure if this is something as simple as alternating every other year or not but the higher the numbers go it looks like they sometimes skip numbers. I noticed that when they used the 100 they skipped 103, 104, 105.

For the following list I'll be using the 100 and skipping 103.

They don't skip numbers; San Marino would have run 100/101/102 based on their 34th place at the 2016 MXoN, but they didn't enter this year. Austria and Japan's numbers were absent for the same reason.

Next year, Lithuania will have 103/104/105, Thailand will have 106/107/108, Luxembourg will have 109/110/111, and Israel will have 112/113/114.

Also, not sure why, but the official results are giving the tiebreaker for 33rd to Hungary, even though Greece had the better finish in the C Final.

Tiebreaker is third rider result. Hungary 8th, Greece 12th.

Interesting. Then Hungary will be 97/98/99 and Greece will be 100/101/102.
