Hello guys, I have about 30 hours of flying ahead of me in the next 2 weeks and need to get through this as smoothest as possible.

Being a PulpMx podcast fan since episode 280, I’m looking for the best content out there to get me through this.

Are there any shows you remember that stick out?

Thanks!

I'm a massive, massive Pulp fan... but rather than listen to old PulpMX shows, I prefer the Steve Matthes Show podcasts where Matthes interviews riders, industry dudes etc. I swear I've listened to mostly all of them at this point, some of them over a half dozen times. Some of my favorites are: Dave Arnold, Brian Lunniss, Grant Langston Part 1 & 2, Rob Budyros, Jim Holley, Brian Swink, Jeff Emig, Trampas Parker, and so many more

Good advice, thanks a lot!

Being a 90s kid, GL and Fro shows will definitely end up un my playlist.

For sure! Believe it or not, some of the best ones are guys I had never really even heard of until the podcast. Any of the ones with old mechanics are usually filled with some great stories (like the Dave Arnold and Brian Lunniss ones - I'm telling you, these are a must listen! Long ones too, so great for passing time)... Oh yea, check out the Vanilla Ice one too!! You'll be blown away at how tight he is with sooooo many people in the sport

Agree, the Matthess interviews are excellent .
I learn a great deal with each one.
For the old guys the Kent Howerton one is a must.

Anything with Ping or GL. GL especially is a riot if you don't mind the excessive cursing.

The Brian Barnhart one is one of my favorites. His behind the scenes stories about 2000's MX and working with MC, RV, etc are great. Lots of good stuff in that one.

Also, if you haven't heard the one from few weeks ago with Skip Norfolk, Berlutti, and Watson def give that one a listen. The Emig in Japan story had me rolling

Dave Arnolds is my favorite, Brian Lunnis was great, Hannah's and McGrath's, as is the Magoo memorial. All terrific, but those stood out to me,

I think episode 139 might be the lasergate one and that's worth a listen!

It's not "core" pulp podcasts, but I've been really entertained by the recent sound check ones!

Yes... Listened to the Blake Wharton one last night and was very pleased!!! For some reason I was actually afraid his list was going to be really all over the place and kinda artsy-fartsy.... glad he tailored it a little more specifically to the moto audience. The first one with AC is still my favorite though. Osbourne's was too all over the place for my liking

Two of my favourites are the Brad Lackey one and the Trampas Parker one. Both have some great stories of taking the GPs head on.

show 243 is a sneaky funny one; Stephenson and Ping. show 235 has some good giggles and stories with AMart and Phil.

A lot of the supercross post-race podcasts wrap ups were good this past season as well. The New York episode is just a good listen.

Everyone should listen to Show 300. Not my favorite show but really cool to hear Factory Yamaha guys discuss things. If only Reed was done with his contract when that show was recorded lol

Watch?? The video in the studio is a new thing. Gotta check out the podcasts bro. Download the PulpMx app. Best $2 you’ll spend all year for all those podcasts at your finger tips.

Nearly any of the one-on-one career podcasts are outstanding.

The Grant Langston career pod, Part 1 and Part 2 really stand out for me. But again, 99% are great. Some guys just aren't talkers, but most enjoy talking about their careers.

I love all of his stuff and listen to it all, even the fantasy podcasts if I happen to be doing a lot of driving that week (and I don't play fantasy).

Is 100 the one with the Great Western Bank team guys in the studio (Denny, Castillo & Factory Phil)? If so, that's probably my favorite PulpMX show.

The best Steve Matthes Shows are:
Glover
Ross Maeda (I had no idea he'd done so much in the industry)
RJ
The Dogger
Jim Holley
He did one with an old GP guy 4 or 5 years ago that was really good too. I keep thinking Thorpe, but I'm not sure that's right.

Show 22, Marc Pelligrino calls in. It's one of the best shows a must listen. Also show 26 is pretty good when pornstar Jenna Haze calls in, for some reason Kenny Watson comes to life then.

The recent podcast where Steve and Weege breakdown the 1990 Supercross season is pretty good listening too
