Have a set of twinwalls on my 450. Not sure what bend tho. Definitely the best bars ive used. My 250 has stock renthals and they suck. Can fell them flex by just pushing on them.

Been using Renthal Fatbars for years. Love the feel and they are very tough. Using the stock Honda/Kawasaki bend.

Renthal TwinWall 996, crossbar removed.

If I’m going on a long ride where I’ll be standing a lot, I add 6mm spacers under the bar clamps.

I had a set of Fasstco Flexxbars bars. Gave me arm pump like crazy. I'm not sure why. I'm back to ol' reliable renthal twin walls.

ProTaper 7/8 Windham Bend, I'm not picky with handlebars but these work well enough. I'm more picky about grips personally.

You probably had the wrong elastomers. Try all the different ones.

I wouldn't remove that crossbar, that's how that bars holds its strength

Scratch that mind my stupidity, I'm thinking of stock 7/8ths bars.

Many a BAJA 1000 have been won with a twinwall without the cross bar...

ML if you could have one set of bars on any bike you had to ride for the rest of your life what are you choosing?

Another vote for Renthal TwinWalls 996, best bars i've used. I'm convinced its one of the best quality bars out there. Bend/Shape is personal tho.. I never liked the fatbar types.

Fasst Co. Flexx...

They're by far the most tunable bars made (elastomer density, angle, etc.). Never understood the comment about arm pump.

Those of us with wrist injuries continue to ride/race because of these bars (set up correctly, for course). They're badass...

I don't understand it either. But it happens to me. I'm gonna try different elastomers like someone had commented above. All I know is I don't get arm pump when I have the twin walls on and I do get arm pump with the flexx bars on.

The OEM Neken bars that came on my Katoom are absolutely awesome.

I’ve got Pro Taper Carmichael’s on my 125/250 Kawasaki.

Flex bars are for quads. They make the front end of a bike have absolutely zero feel. Not to mention the $300 price tag.
