Mark Worth: Training amateur riders and racing local tracks

Brock Papi: In his rookie season for ProMotocross in the 450 class, has scored points and pulled a 5th place start last weekend in moto 1.

Max Markolf: Last I knew was in a legal battle with KTM over his amateur contract, not much has been said about it and he’s been MIA

Cameron Cannon: Attending college.

Rookie White: Raced some Arenacross this year, healing from injury currently.

Paul Coates: Working in Florida building custom sprinter vans.

James Gardiner: Dont know

Cody Chisholm: Still races locally from time to time, runs a lifestyle clothing company in Florida.

Can't get support for these guys but "amateur" Super Mini riders get $200k expense budgets...How come all other sports if you or your family get $$ you lose your amateur status?

Evan Laughridge?
Working for his father's company up in Chino, California.

His Instagram if you're interested. I still remember his stint racing in Canada for the Morgan Racing Suzuki Team and the Richmond Racing Kawasaki Team in the early-mid 2000's.

2003

2005 (Arenacross bike but same bike he raced up here)

What happened with the markolf contract? And honestly I think Rookie got more publicity for his quad at LACR rather than from racing credentials in the past few years. (That quad is ridiculous)

Isnt papi racing pro this year?

Julio Zambrano from Mexico
I'm just talking about the kids from the past five years that were top five riders in the
B & A classes in the amateur nationals that should of been top 20 pro's or better.?

If you can think of anyone I left out, Please add to the list

Juliocésar Zambrano is riding for Team Mexico in the MXGP class at the MXdN.

The other 2 riders are Tre Fierro in MX2 and Félix Lopez in Open.

You don't think Ryder D is getting at least that much? Millsaps said he was getting over $150k how many years ago, so he's at least getting that. Anyhow, any budget for an "amateur" is too much, let get this support to pros that are trying to make a living, not parents of amateurs that are living their dream

Does the $150k include bikes and parts or credit cards used to pay racing expenses?

Would someone be a little prone to exaggerate how much they got paid?

I am not sure that oems have the budgets they had back in the 00's, so I doubt that even if Millsaps, alessi, or rv did make that racing ams that many are making it now.

Evan came up to Mesquite and raced a couple races back in the early 2000's and made everyone look stupid. i remember in one moto he waited on the gate until everyone was passed the first turn then took off. i think i was running 2nd and he came by me on the 3rd lap like i was standing still. he was FAST. reminded me of the late 90's that Partridge would come to St.George and race.
