Anyone notice that during the Supercross broadcasts, they NEVER mention the outdoors, or a riders stats in the other half of the sport? It's downright conspicuous... Langston and Weigant always reference the previous Supercross season during the Outdoor broadcasts- who won the championship, etc. It drives me crazy because it sells a rider short, like with Ralph and Jeff (during Supercross) constantly saying how Tomac and Roczen "are chasing their first ever championship"- failing to mention they both have 450 outdoor championships. Is this Feld's doing?
I have noticed it, too. I love it when a podium finisher towards the end of the SX series mentions the outdoors, and the announcers just clam up.
Also, MX may be covered by some kind of legal blanket that Feld doesn't want to violate. Just like in the NFL, i.e., "Any accounts, images or descriptions of the game are the sole property of the NFL."

But yes, have noticed SX never mentions the outdoors to the point you know they are being told not to say anything. So much for growing the sport. Nobody grows up riding supercross .. just saying.
