I’ve always thought that X-Trial would be a much better fit in the XGames than most of the other silly stuff that’s involved these days.

I agree,of course only a handful of riders can do sections like that and none of them are Americans.
I was at the World round in AZ last year and the stuff those guys could do was insane.
The USA riders had to ride the "B" line because the "A" line was just too difficult.

I was at the World round in AZ last year and the stuff those guys could do was insane.
The USA riders had to ride the "B" line because the "A" line was just too difficult.
Unfortunately the best rider from the US didn’t make it to AZ. He wouldn’t have been a podium threat, but he certainly belongs on (and has previously ridden) the A line.

I have genuinely enjoyed the Smage vs Freixa battles in the NATC series over the past couple of years.

These guys are insanely great on a motorcycle. I have been a huge trials fan for many years. My brother rode trials for a few years and I played on his GasGas a little bit. Trials is very difficult to be good at. You need great balance, great clutch, brake and throttle control. Yes if you are spanish you probably won’t win too much. Dougie Lampkin being the exception
