TC222 charge infront of his home crowd was impressive, as was S72 MXdN 2006. Very tough to chose just 5
Did RC4 also lap the entire field at a mudder? I remember him lapping JS7 on a muddy uphill turn.
I'm really bad in rembering races 10 years or more back...
So rv mxdn budds creek
Kenny Millville 2016
Tomac hangtown 2015
Kenny mxdn 2010 and 2011
RC lapping the field
Those 5 probably in no order (mxgp not included) . Herlings Was great yesterday, not historically good though

O'Mara win 1982 Swiss 125cc Grand Prix. He said he was going to run the GP because he had a free weekend.
There was a jump that made double because it gained half a second, nobody else did it, the main riders met with the organization to change that jump because they said it was dangerous.
Herlings last to 2nd Lommel 2012
Hands down, the guy crashed 1st turn and put huge time on all but AC,they put a minute on Barcia and 2 minutes on the likes of Dungey,Desalle,Paulin etc incredible ride
I think besides the obvious "epic" type rides throughout history, I am a huge fan of RV and Townley at Millville 2007. I think at the time they were pushing the limits of how fast anyone had ever gone on a 250f. That Millville race especially is one I always come back to that seemed to showcase two guys going at next level speeds. Townley had RV covered in moto 1 and RV made the adjustments for moto 2 but they both seemed to be pushing out of their comfort zones. Awesome stuff.
Roger DeCoster in his last GP - 1980 won both motos.

Man you pull some great pics. I have the MXA that covered that race. The article was written by Jack Burnicle, loved his stuff. I wish I could find video footage of this race.
Yesterday tbh like many people I was in shock. It may be one of the best Herling's race. Even much better than lapping 3rd a few years ago.
I am not a nut hugger but i put credit where it is due. It is a race I am glad to have seen and i will have pleasure to watch again such as Stewart's 125 win from last, RV mxdn 07, or Dungey at Southwick 2011.
In my book it was even more crazy than Kroc Mxdn 250 rides, Cairoli first 450 race in the uk in 2007 or mxdn 250 2006, Herlings come back from last at the mxdn 2011, many daytona A1 and Vegas or even the come backs this year from Tomac or JS7 in 2014.
That was a RC type of ride in his prime and although I was expecting to see him running for a win or a podium, I was clearly not expecting this!
I would also like to remember this, so I would never forget...
So what's the story?
1996 MXdN in Spain. McGrath, Emig and Lamson dominated on a track with some huge jumps. I think Joel Smets commented it should have been called the SX des Nations lol. Lamson won one of the motos outright on his 125.

Ken Roczen's opening lap in Millville moto 2 last year.
The Shop
Roczen spring creek 2016
Caroli italy gp 2017
There are a lot more but these are the ones which comes to my mind right now
v
JS7 2007 Indianapolis SX pretty much made everyone out there look ordinary including Chad Reed.
RJ 1987 LA SX. 17th to 1st and crashed on last lap.
Jeff Stanton 1991 MXDN. Crashed 4 times in last Moto. Came through the pack to win it for the US.
Chad Reed 2009 Datona SX. Came from way back to pass Lawrence for the win.
2011 Dungey - Southwick mudder that almost wasn’t.

Everts MXdN mud ride 1998
Bobby Norris beating Gary Baily at Bausums farm.
RV at Budds at the MXON.
Stewart on the 125 at Budds, the undefeated year.
Hate to say it, the battle at Budds between MCGrath and Henry when Henry broke his back.
My first overall at Budds in 250 B, against that guy on a Bultaco from Tennessee. The others don't come close.
Pit Row
Herlings Sand GPs and Dutch Masters wich you guys dont see but thats just Wow.
Roczen Millvile,
Tomac 2015
Everts glory days, same as Mcgrath, Carmichael and all the big names. There is so much!
Hard to pick haha!
This weekend was also something special with Herlings.
So you clearly don't know anything..jh84 shouldn't be on this list...yesterday was fabulous, not legendary
Sorry
I think 1986 des nations needs to be in there, but I don't have a top 5
