They are all equally “tunable”. What’s your favorite color? If you have money to spend, you can make any of them suit you.

YZ250 two stroke is probably the most "tunable" bike today in terms of having broad aftermarket support as described in o.p.

X2. I’ve had tons of new bikes, and the yz250 is by far the best bike I have owned. Currently have a 2017.

I feel like by definition the new Honda 250/450f are the most tunable since you can do it with a smartphone

Changing out the power bands will make a huge difference. I prefer the white one.
GYTR makes them. Not exactly cheap...

The honest answer to the guy’s question is...

No. KTM & Husqvarna are probably the “most tunable”. But, hey, that’s just me.

I own a 2020 Honda, I can say yes, especially if you use Twisted development's maps, plus suspension is easily tunable.....is it a difficult bike to setup....yes it can be...it is a bit on razor edge, what works for one track one day may need tuning for the next day....however, by god its fast

BRP rubber top clamp, +1 on rear sprocket, 10-6mm of fork height are key. Everything else is just extra. I run an exhaust, reed, and pro pegs.
