Before reading , know that this a new journey for me and only looking to help out , and get some idea of what could make things work in the future .

I want to start sharing my property with others, especially ones who are interested in the same things as I am, Mx, mtb, adventure, etc.
It is a pretty ideal spot for anyone looking to come to Southern California and ride the surrounding local tracks .

Right now I could offer RV’s a safe place to park and stay .

Eventually I want to have a renovated Rv or two for people to stay in , space for traveling RVs with hookup , and a few loner atv/Mx/mtb to rent out.

I’ve only just began thinking about it all , and decided to share. I’d like to host any privateer team / family looking to come out this way and experience Mx in SoCal , for free of course , and see if it’s something that’s worth putting more effort into .

A little bit about the property :

I have a home on 10 acres in Pala, California . The property is just south of Temecula and Pechanga Casino
( 5 minutes ) , but in the most northern part of San Diego county .

I currently have space for Rv’s , with hookups , in a semi private spot with an amazing view here . (There is only one location with full hookups so far ) , but more room for RVs without hookups . All spots are easily accessible even with a decent sized rig .

The property is private and behind a community security coded gate , with no access out besides the way you came in .

I currently do not have spare container space for short or long term storage yet , but will in the near future .

Local amenities are only 10-15 minute drive , either quickly at pechanga market or into Temecula .

I have built a track suitable for minis ( I ride and consider my drz-125 a mini ) behind the main house .

Pala raceway is 6.5 miles from the property , approximately a 15 minute drive ( can be seen from the top of my community ). Some days with cloud cover you can hear the bikes on the track from the property.

Cahuilla raceway is 29 miles from the property, approximately a 40-45 minute drive .

Perris raceway is 33 miles from the property, approximately a 50-55 minute drive.

Glen Helen raceway is 65 miles from the property, approximately a 65-90 minute drive ( traffic ) .

Ocotillo Wells is 76 miles from the property, approximately a 90-115 minute drive (Scenic) . Route goes right past part of the PCT ( Pacific Crest Trail ) .

There is local mountain biking trails all around as well , not to mention only 29 miles from the nearest beach ( Oceanside ) , approximately a 45 - 50 minute drive .

Sounds like paradise.

Off the top of my head thoughts:

Liability Insurance
Zoning
Available dump station for primitive RV's
Security
Noise ordinances

Your right , I would hope it’s very small scale , maybe host a few people a year like an air bnb type deal . Renting of bikes/using the track isn’t my main priority at all , mostly a place for RVs to stay and one or two to rent out that stay here .

Or you could say a life saver for 301w. You have a nice guy here willing to offer his property to others for little to nothing, or eventually a reasonable rental rate. Well, his nice gesture could easily result in an ambulance chaser taking everything he owns. Everything AHRMA361 mentioned is spot on.

Maybe we’ll make the long journey from San Clemente and take you up on a night of camping. I’ll bring cold ones for the host. There’s “Supposedly” according to buddy a trail that’s starts off the 79 near lake Henshaw and takes you over top of the mountain then dumps you out by the end of the twisty’s on the 78. Sound familiar ?

I moved here February of 2019 , from Laguna Hills, so I am not familiar with everything there is to offer yet , but I’m making it a goal to figure all that out and have the info ready . I’m off the bike for at least 3 months , but in the future would love to trail ride from the property and explore what’s available . Feel free to camp and ride from here any time ( you can trail ride directly to the 76 and Magee, which is right passed Pala raceway entrance , from here) .

Definitely a cool property! MotoVentures is across the highway from Cahuilla Creek MX. If you're interested, MV can be a pit stop on a dual sport ride, we can offer dirt bike or adventure bike training where we supply the bikes and gear, and we ride trials (you know, those funny looking bikes without seats). Hit me up if you want to put something together

Awesome ! I see your place filling up more and more over the years , and it would be a great idea to network in some way. Once I’m in more organized form I will get ahold of you .
