It will fit. The settings will be close but each bike is developed with a very specific setting in it. The 350 has engine braking and different weight. I'd say throw it on and see what you think.

The valving setting is quite different between the two and I think the recommended air pressures are as well. Four-stroke engine braking is one of the main causes for setup difference and the fork will react different on your 350 SX-F then it did on your friend's 250 SX. Always worth a try if you want to see though.

thank you ML512 for your reply i think the 250 sx are softer on the first part but than they are strong on the compression for big jump landing .it worth try because we ride always on very hard pack with a lot of holes hard ruts and stones (i know this is bad but in europe we have that) on that terrain is better for me has a very soft first part. my cone valves has a very soft first part 4.6 spring i'm 70kg.

The forks settings between the 2 & 4 strokes are very similar, with the exception being the 2 strokes use a single wave shim on the mid-valve damping whereas the 4 strokes have a traditional shim stack on the mid-valve. I suspect the valving between each of the 4 stokes models might vary slightly, but otherwise the biggest difference is the recommended PSI settings for each.
