Got about 1700' of electric fence to put up to move cows on to some new grass, then working on a railroad-tie retaining-wall project Im building for a creek crossing Im doing so I can move my working pens to a different spot that I cant access too well with the gooseneck.

Just received a check for my motorhome I have owned for the past 9 years. I may take a small portion of the profits and go buy some alcohol and fireworks. Yes, I said profits...from getting rid of an old motorhome. Who else has ever done that? All you edumacated types take note.Wink

Bought it at the absolute bottom of the market and have kept it insured for that amount ever since. Had enough flooding to the undercarriage and electricals during the Harvey floods that the insurance company finally agreed (after 10 months) to declare it a total loss. The ACV came back just $2400.00 less than the original purchase price(market rebounded quite well) plus the sales tax put me about $6000.00 over original cost. Selling it outright I of course would not have recovered any sales tax plus had it been repaired and tagged with a flood claim I would have been screwed on a private sale. The bummer is that I'll likely never find a deal like that on a garage coach ever again.

Not too sure about that, I've washed some smelly shit off plenty of shoes in the past. Still got plenty of flood damage around the house, including some Maico engines I need you to split and rebuild for me as soon as you can get back to your work bench.

Anything you need from my direction??

And do you still have a 490 Maico? I heard of someone looking for one.

I still have both the 81 & 83 Maico 490’s

I also need to talk to about some paint on my BMW, it got knocked over in the garage.

Other than that I’m good, got a lot of good people helping me!

Cops told me 20+ years ago not to play with fireworks ,as I was in the back of the car taking the ride downtown for them . Only run in with the law in 41 years ,one giant k1000 that turned the street lights off from the flash . I wish I had know they were parked around the corner in the convenient store parking lot . They didn't buy my excuse that my old nova had a bad seal in the carb that caused it to explode out the exhaust when it sat to long. Good times.

Well I did have plans to install an aftermarket AC/heater unit for my truck but I am still waiting on a bracket to be shipped.

Guess I will install the stereo. Oh and beer and something on the grill

Smoking a couple racks of ribs, a couple chickens,A few friends and my brother coming over to use the pool,watch MXGP and tip a few beverages. Wife and daughters and their friends will complete the meal with side dishes.
Grand kids will keep me busy airing up pool toys and playing with them.
Should be a good day with family and friends.

Up in Arnold renting a house for the week. Hiking/boating, girls like paddle boarding, I like sitting on the shore having a beer watching them. Pretty mellow up here.
