If you have any Morality you will NIX your Netflix account.
Desecration of young GIRLS is a Disintegration of our Nations Belief
Somehow this is OK.
If this is the way we as people have lost our view of Morality and shame.

Shame what is acceptable and what is not in today's Pedophile world (Q!)
Hopefully you are close to your Children. There is a AZZ-HOLE near you that will change your life in a Moment.

Been hearing a lot of noise about this. I’m almost afraid to watch it out of fear of getting labeled.

Heard about it yesterday. Yep the descriptions I heard makes me question humanity and where the world is heading.
That might sound far fetched as far as "it's only a tv show" but it really sounds like the slide towards kiddie porn being propagated by media interests is here now.

Last night I saw something as part of a “_ _ _ collection” turned Netflix off.

Done with football. Netflix. What’s next?

It is a film commenting on how ridiculous the hyper-sexualization of young girls has become and illustrates how wrong it is.

The controversy is due to a bunch of conspiracy theorists, who apparently missed the entire point, making uninformed generalizations and assumptions based on a movie poster image.

I have NO interest in this, won’t watch it (I have no internet or even cable, and no “Netflix” account.

I am seeing “#SaveOurChildren” all over social media, and heightened awareness about human trafficking. Do ALL THAT WE CAN to shut down the Epstein’s of the world.

This is what sticks me as odd though. I believe that children (especially girls) are physiologically maturing much earlier in life than they did 50 years ago. Why is that happening?

Now think back to the little girls from 50+ years ago. How old were they when their family married them off?

I read stories of men, 20+ years of age, marrying girls who were 12, 13 or 14 years old, back in the day.

Those girls were very immature in every imaginable way, yet that practice was “OK”.

I don’t think this is new in any way.

It was disgusting then, it is disgusting now, and it will probably be something that is ALWAYS around, because there are a lot of sick and twisted individuals within our world.

Because boys and girls have a Pandora’s box in their right hand at the age of 9 with access to cardi b WAP content. Kids don’t understand reality vs entertainment. They swipe, like and watch garbage that isn’t real, and they think that’s how life is and how we are supposed to act as a society. They’re essentially watching 18+ content, and we are surprised 11 year olds are emulating that ?

Wiki calls it a "comedy-drama".

From what I've read here, how the hell is it funny?

Well that's one indication that something is off with what we're seeing.

Here's a train of thought for anyone confused by this.

What do you think is gaining more mainstream acceptance in the current world: pedophilia or unfounded conspiracy theories?

Clips of the movie were circulating online yesterday so I wouldn't say it's just over a movie poster. The point of sexualizing little girls is to show sexualizing little girls is wrong? We need to be shown this to understand? I guess you would beat your dog on camera to show animal cruelty is wrong?

This cancel culture is out of control amirite?

I hope none of your kids ever go on Facebook's Instagram, so easy for young boys and girls to see ass shaking there.

Nothing is creepier than a teen or younger beauty pageant.

Does this movie glorify girls shaking their ass more than a trip to Havasu?

Obviously the mere fact is not enough, or else it wouldn't be happening. Looking the other way only works for so long and awareness makes a big difference.

Your analogy is flawed. It would need to be an artistic commentary, with proper context, illustrating the wrongness and deleterious effects animal cruelty begets; not a home movie of someone abusing animals.

Some of you guys are reading the room wrong. As Tribology mentioned, it's about "how ridiculous the hyper-sexualization of young girls has become and illustrates how wrong it is." It's not some kiddie porn flick. Netflix wouldn't allow something of that nature to be streamed on it's platform even if it was it's last chance to stay a viable company.

I guess this is why this country is going down the shitter. People read or see some opinion on the youchoob about something and they allow that to mold their views without doing even a modicum of research of their own, I.E. watching it to see what it's really about THEN forming an opinion (this applies to just about anything these days).

Our country is in a really bad place right now. Everyone wants to point fingers at the left, the right, the middle or whatever. But let's be honest, this is all the medias fault.

Obviously you don't have a child that did/does competitive cheer. My daughter did it for 14 years and that twitter clip is what you see at EVERY SINGLE competition. That's the whole point of the Documentary.

If my Daughter didn't love doing it I would have pulled her out of it in a heart beat, but it was what she wanted to do. I drew the line at her getting a scholarship for it and paid for her college myself.

See my post above, angry Bro. This isn't a fucking non-fiction movie. It is a documentary on how these competitions are sexualizing young girls in the name of competition.

Get a fucking clue.

i do have a daughter in dance... but i dont need a movie made for pedophiles to let me know what is acceptable and what is not.

and your right, i am angry that something like this is on Netflix and even more so that people are defending it.

file it under "there has to be a better way" to get the message out

I agree that some of it is way over the top in the name of getting it's point across, but I wouldn't call it a movie for pedo's. Netflix is super strict with their standards and practicies, and this would have had to be approved by many people, both Women and Men before it was approved for streaming.

The people defending it are doing so because the general public has no idea how bad things are getting/have gotten in the name of dance competitions. I fucking blame the parents for allowing and promoting this kind of shit when it comes to their daughters. It's absolutely disgusting and abhorrent. Thankfully it really was just a dance/cheer comp when my girl was doing it. No fucking way I'd allow her to be involved in what it has become if it was now.
