I know many of us enjoy a good home cooked meal, BBQ etc. When you guys/gals head out to eat, what’s the first place or two on your mind? I have a couple of places. Captain Kidds in Redondo Beach California and, Anthony’s in Des Moines Washington. Both are seafood places. Captain Kidds has awesome paella and clams. Anthony’s has seasonal Copper River salmon that can’t be beat. What’s your favorite place/places?
Not pretty, not near The Strip, but worth the trip.

As Reded mentioned, I have learned to enjoy eating at home for half the costs because most places really aren't worth what they charge or serve.
That, and the local Mexican hole in the wall in my home town. Apparently, lots of freestyle and moto guys eat there because their jerseys are all over the walls.
Drunken redfish and royal red shrimp are pretty damn good.
Their Bloody Mary’s and oysters are good too.
You can dock your boat and bring what you caught that day and they’ll cook it up for you too.

Then off to a Mudhens game across the street.
I don't know if it exists anymore, but Cotija's Taco Shop in San Diego was always my go-to Mexican joint when I was growing up.

The only places I really enjoy are Italian restaurants. I never leave disappointed. There’s something about great Italian food that always leaves me happy. There’s a place in spring lake, mi called Two Tony’s that has my favorite chicken parm and manicotti. If it has to be a chain style place, Olive Garden is always our goto.
I have had some great BBQ in Alabama. After riding Sand Mountain, a local took us to a place up the road that had some bbq that I couldn’t dream of finding in MI. I can’t remember the name but it was in a small little town and it was setup in a kinda Long John Silvers style small indoor picnic table setup.
If yes, I've got bad news for you. It is a chain restaurant and doesn't qualify....
