How much firewood do you need to split ? Just get a good splitting maul if its just for home use .

Currently, not much and was more curious about them. I purchased some peach, hickory, and some cherry wood locally for my smoker. I thought the guys splitter was really cool. Then I ran across the video

I actually get a fire going once a year down here in south Florida. It was 30 degrees here then 80 the next day.
