A few months ago I bought an entry level gaming computer from best buy. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/cyberpowerpc-gamer-ultra-desktop-amd-fx-63…

I use it for some basic games and it was running my programs great. Now for some reason I get this weird flashing light issue. I attached some videos.

I know you said you tried going back to the previous version but can you delete the new update and re-install it?

I tried a few ways. I even Used the DDU program witch uninstalls the display driver 100%. Still does the same thing

I had a problem similar to this when I played BF1 but it turned out to be an SLI problem and I had to wait for EA/Dice to fix it. No idea why you're having this issue, I haven't owned a Radeon in 16 yrs. I would post that video up on their forums and maybe someone can help with it.

I did a little research (Google search) and it seems like AMD has had some issues with their drivers, but it seems like you've already crossed that off the list. I'd get AMD involved. As 1st Amendment said, post this on their forum, or give AMD support a call. I'd have the serial number of your GPU handy.

try switching from DX12 to DX 11.
try your in game settings, bloom and things like that also try graphics on lower levels.
Also poke around in the conputer and see if the graphics card is fully seated, check the ram too.
Last go to your game forum and ask away in their Help section, IF others have any issues you will find it there.

I did a factory reset and left the AMD software uninstalled and it still does the same thing. Actully its worse now. I'm thinking it might be hardware related instead of software.

Couple things to try.

1. Reseat the graphics card.

2. Swap out all monitor cables

3. Try a different monitor.

It's a process of elimination.
