Good stuff, the wife hit a home run. Who doesn’t have one of these?

Looks delish. Reminds me I need to head down to Jennings LA to Boudin King and pick up some sausage.

Post recipe. I've got one and nearly every thing I've made sucked. Lol. Post any proven recipe with detail to where I can't screw it up.

I don't have one, But I do have a Crock Pot & just got a Crock pot cook book.

I tried the Cashew Chicken tonight & it was great! Next is the Gumbo & then Shrimp Jambalaya.

Sorry for the crappy Cell pic, Hey I'm old & shaky...Whistling

Pulled pork:

Quarter a 7 to 8 lbs pork butt. Spice up two of the quarters with your favorite rub and sear all sides. 1/2 cup BBQ sauce and 1/2 cup water, mix well and pour into instant pot. Put pork in instant pot and slop them around the BBQ mix. Cook on high for one hour and fifteen minutes. Slow pressure release. Remove pork and pull it apart in separate bowl/dish. Pour a little of the juice on the pork. Make sandwiches or tacos or whatever with the pork. Great and it doesn't take 12 hours.

I have never heard of it. I am guessing a quicker cook time over a traditional crock pot? Looks good!
