The Lyrid meteor shower peaks tonight, just a heads up in case you're into that sort of thing. I was going to post a link but couldn't find one without a bajillion pop up ads. Google Lyrid meteor shower for viewing info from your local area. No moon tonight so it should be good viewing as long as there's no cloud cover. Saw a couple good ones last night, good stuff !

After midnight till sun up you are facing into the wind so to speak, the direction the earth is traveling around the sun.

I hit it at 3 am and stay till sun up.

Jupiter rises about. 2am,with Saturn and mars closeby.

This atlas comet if it survives its trip around the sun will be awsome, could be visible in daytime they say, they ,I don't know about they much anymore

No clouds here but you cant see shit in SoCal because of light pollution. You have to drive for at least 2 hours for even half assed dark sky. We used to go to Joshua Tree but I'm sure gov facefuck has it closed down.

When my kids were young I had a farm wagon with a couple old mattresses and electric blankets.

The leonids are usually then best but November is chilly, the blankets made it easy.

Saw 5 good ones this morning, several little farts ,and a ufo, think it landed in alabamastan .
