France were good except for the red card brain fart, , and Wales were a bit lucky in the end,

this weekend matches will be epic,

I picked a All Blacks - Springboks final, still sitting there,

now working Saturday morning, so I'll record the AB game. Do I
a) Try & avoid TV & Radio & social media to miss the score & watch the game "live"?

b) Resign myself to knowing the result before I watch the game?

I am hopeless at staying off all media so I just resign myself when I can’t watch stuff live

I managed to avoid social last weekend and watched the England game later. Not sure I’m going to be able to avoid it this time, in fact I can see myself getting up at 3am for it

I'm super happy that South Africa scrapped through into the final by beating Wales. England is going to be tough to beat. Regardless, its good to have a final without the AllBlacks in it.

I think the all blacks were lucky the score stayed that close , Nigel missed a couple of shocker forward passes as well ,

Of England play like that again , I don’t think South Africa and stay with them either

I say SA wins it. Should be a good one.

My humble commiserations to any of you Welsh bastards here. New Zealand is busy systematically dismantling the Welsh boys for the Bronze medal.

50:00 in and score at NZL 35 - 10 WAL

Great game tho...

Wales are fighting back. Just stuck one in now. 35 - 17.

Final score 40 - 17. Well done to NZL on the bronze. The way they played today could have won the final.

England never let us play like that and that was the difference last week , good game to send off some greats

Bru, your blady Kiwi team is Legendary, I respect all those boys. It's brutal, you guys have gotten it right up until against the blady pommies. They worked you guys.

Today's game was back to normal for your boys they owned the game.

South Africa is going to make some floppy magic tomorrow....England is in the shit. We have the proper dutchman (boer - farmers) players combined with our African brothers....

GAME ON!

I agree with game on; but I have England by 8

Really good to see NZ go out on a high. I think this is just wee blip in continued All Black dominance

4 hours to kick off which is 11am my time. Almost time to light the fire and bust out the cold ones.

Well done South Africa.

Reminds me of motocross how a rider can perform at an incredible level one Sunday then not turn up the next.

Springboks were on all cylinders and eliminated the Red Roses’ kicking game. England lost discipline. Disappointing after the big upset over All Blacks. Fair play to the S Africans. They played well.

Hey Guys, really disappointed i didn’t think of coming here sooner. A bit weird waking up neighbours screaming and clapping...drinking some IPA by meself (i live in Switzerland)..but over the moon right now. i was at the Paris 2007 final..but to see the Bokke take it home in this fassion was quite the sight! Honestly after last weeks semifinals i would’ve been happy with us losing by a close margin. But the basics are key in this sport and i applaud Erasmus for sticking to his guns and a perfectly executed game plan. The forwards were EPIC!!!! Well done to England for a stunning semi final performance. I kind of feel the game was decided by the Sinclair concussion but i could be wrong. Many thanks to Japan for an impeccable world cup!!

England played their final last weekend, they gave it everything to beat the all blacks and just couldn’t raise to offer anything to SA this week. Shame, I got up at 3:30am to watch and probably should have just stayed in bed

On a side note, the game kicked off at 9am here, there will be some seriously pissed up English rugby fans by now 😂

It's funny how the rugby fans cause almost no trouble, while the football fans act like complete mongoloids at any opportunity.

It's 21h00 in the evening here in SA. I just woke up...with a monumental hangover.Unsure

Great day for South Africa to say the least. Wish you guys could have seen the Celebrations in the streets...all shit aside, SA was united today.

Hah! Waking up a 9pm with a raging hangover. Love it. Glad I haven’t had one of those in about 25 years.
