sag on a xcf vs a sxf model

is there a sag setting that is better for the woods vs the moto scene? just picked up a xcf to do some gncc races, and was wondering if the sag is pretty standard like on a motocross setup or if it was different

Sag just gets you in the correct stroke of the shock for your weight. Should be 105 mm which is roughly 4 1/8 “. Run your clickers softer for off-road and harder for the track. Just like your MX bike.
