Was looking through craigslist for fun today and saw a nice looking original owner 91 RM250 for sale. Looks like a good candidate for someone here and I think these early rms are pretty cool looking. I am not selling this bike and have no idea who owns it but says original owner wth a title.

Think it may be a 90 unless for some reason on an unmolested bike in his words painted the frame blue and added a blue seat. Would like to find a '90 RM125 near me as bike I won my first race on

Looks a bit like a '90 to me too, but the guy says he has the title, so I would think (hope) he'd get the year right.

Just from the pics, the bike looks to be in decent shape, but I'm not sure I would pay $2k for it.

Yep, 89 or 90 with 91-92 shroud graphics....looks decent from the far away photos...vintage/evo bike prices in the northeast are pretty high....the bikes are either total junk or really nice with high price tags...I like how the seller states it slips out of gear....what, a Suzuki that needs a transmission? No way....

I caught that too. I guess the transmission is not part of a "Full rebuild." Anyone ever see a shift fork with a spring on it? Something's fishy here.
