Throttle Jockey Suzuki of Troy replica seat covers are finalised now and I have ordered a bulk quantity. These will be selling for US$100 each and if you want the matching graphics kit they’ll be US$90 and US$40 for number plate backgrounds. Can I get an idea of how many you guys want to order please ?
Option 1 - SOT seat cover US$100
Option 2 - SOT seat cover + graphics kit US$190
Option 3 - SOT seat cover + graphics kit + backgrounds US$230

What's the cost for a fellow Aussie?

Got the new pipe from PC today!

Damn it. I dropped the ball and didn't call to request a bare pipe. Do you think they made extras by chance?

I actually had a pipe from McGraths bike on mine. Got it from his mechanic that was fired mid-season. Never measured it, but it looked fatter than a production PC pipe. It was the best pipe I ever put on a bike. Wish I had kept that bike Sad

I remember the inside of the pipe where it met the cylinder had been opened up with a dremel tool or something.

So I finally found a machine shop that quoted a reasonable price for the fork brace. The cost comes down with higher quantities. I'm ready to pull the trigger and order some and will be looking for others who are interested. PM or email me if you are interested. aaron0000934@gmail.com

QTY 3 - $270.00 set
QTY 5 - $180.00 set
QTY 10 - $120.00 set

Once the parts are complete I can ship USPS flat rate. I have a paypal account and we can use that for payment aswell as cash or check.

All components will be made from 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum and will be unfinished (hardware not included).

I have one set of fork braces left, if anyone is interested PM me.

Tested at Southwick MX338, arguably the toughest track on the AMA circuit.
My RM is coming along nicely. I have a framed bike poster from 97 of MC that I am using for my replica. If you guys know of any Works Connection frame guards or a Pro Circuit works pipe i'd be interested. thanks

Hey Paul, material was added to the right guide for the front number plate. You can see the difference in the picture below. Kind of cool showing the progression of the fork brace design.

Yeah cool. I can see that now. Was the thinner gen I RHS guide wearing on the front number plate ?

Gen I was functional but the RHS guide had potential for uneven wear. At full extension of travel the guide surface needed more material.
