Would you trade at 1986 CR125 for a 1986 YZ250?

I have a 1986 yz125 and a 1986 cr125. I saw a guy online is wanting to trade his 1986 YZ250 for a smaller bike. What do you think? Looks like both bike are in about the same condition. Each bike runs well but need updating tires etc...

It’s all up to you...but I would do it. The CR is surely a faster 86 125...but it would be more interesting and desirable to me to have a matching 86 125/250 set.

At this point my YZ125 is much faster. It does not have as much wear on it. The Cr125 needs a new top end. It runs good but the power is not like the Yz125.

Not the CR125 but still a cool comparison from RJ.

I guess I have to decide if I want 2 125s or one 125 and one 250.

I love 86 Hondas, but I would go for the set. But in my case, we have a 125 class where I race, so it would make perfect sense.

I thought the question was if you should keep the YZ125 or Cr125?
But if choise is 125x2 or 125+250, i would go for the YZ brothers (and look for a 490 later)

I might just keep both 125s. I am not sure the other person wants a newer 125 or a four wheeler. He is not replying now. Oh well....
