I recently fell into a can't miss deal when i traded my 1980 xr80 and 500 cash for a 1994 XR250 R Street legal !
Well, now I'm addicted to this old pig. Trying to bring her back to her old glory days.
On order or already on bike
DG Exhaust
Fork Seals / service

Guts seat and Tall foam

NEW OEM White Honda front Fender
OEM plastic parts for brake lines etc.

brakes bled
heard if you grind down the INT welds on the header, you get improved performance ....LOL

rear shock .... @ some point .....


Seems like the list grows every day for "Needed" parts ..... Not really needed Smile

That is an ‘83 XR350 with a 2001 CR250 front end, 04 CRF250 rear fender, 2000 CR250 foot pegs, Great bike! The biggest drawback was the rear shock. I do not have many of those anymore. Only 2 XR’s I have are 75’s. Bikes come and go. I do think about buying back the 350 from the guy I sold it to.

Something about those 80's XR's with the color scheme. Really like it ! I just heard back from an Ebay seller who sold me a DG exhaust. Well it turns out they had already sold out of them before getting me one. So the seller stepped up and gave me the updated version of the pipe for the same price .... sometimes it's good to be unlucky.

My 1990 xr200 with an 88 cr125 front fender. Got it a few months ago and it really got me back into riding again. I didn’t even have a bike for almost a year ended up with this thing and now I’ve got the bug again big time

My Son will be stoked that you think his bike looks good... We managed to find the fender decals on eBay to match and my wife is an upholsterer so she made him a seat cover to match... he didn’t want white stripes, so she made them black.

-Special order, one-off, green side panels from DC Plastics
-Renthal RC High bars
-Magura throttle off an old Maico (Result is a 1/6 turn throttle)
-One inch up and one inch forward bar risers
-1983 CR125 front brake cable
-Very old White Brothers Carb/Manifold/Exhaust kit
-1mm larger intake valve
-Special Cam Grind from "WebCams"
-High compression piston
-Bored out to last stock over bore.
-12/52 gearing (stock is 13/50)
-Race Tech completely reworked the shock and forks
-Uses VP C12
