13-14 KTM frame drain holes

Anyone ever clean these out? Talking about the 4 (2 each side) on bottom of frame just forward of the foot pegs. Noticed mine have a bunch of dirt and what looks like surface rust inside of them. Frame is solid and bike is. '14 250sx but can't help but think this could possible be a vulnerable part of the chassis. My 2017 husky does not have these drain holes. So anyone clean them? Spray water or something in there? There are damn small so I'm not even sure how you'd go about cleaning them.
