17 SX plastic upgrade to 19 plastics?

Has anyone tried swapping out all the plastics? I have a 17 250sx and wondering if the new 19 stuff will switch over- gas tank included.

Off topic, but Dungey’s bike at RBSR had the aluminum engine mounts. Not sure if his bike was a ‘19 or ‘18 thought because of the orange frame. Did you ever find out if they’d swap?

Dungey was riding a 19 with powder coated frame at RBSR.

Did you ever find out a definite answer? I know you will have to change the tank, radiators and maybe even the airbox. If the if all of those parts will fit a 2017 or 2018 I don’t see why the plastic won’t fit. But it def won’t work until you get the those parts on.

You need, a tank, subframe, seat and air box. On the 4 strokes the rectifier needs to be moved and lug removed. The plastics will fit with the lower radiators. The lower tank rubbers need to be adjusted to suit. The silencer will not pick up on both mounts so that needs adjustment.
