2004 Kx250f

Bike is hard to turn on after that it idles but bogs down when given the slightest amount of throttle and the carb and exhaust backfire and if you put your hand in the carb there’s air coming out not in what should I do?

Based on this and your other post....
I suggest your valve clearances are out of spec and that your cam timing is off either due to faulty install or due to a worn cam chain. They do wear out , but still look fine to the eye. When this happens the timing is then off.
I know you re-shimmed the valves, but do you know they are really sealing?
When was the cam chain replaced?
When was the last time the carb was really cleaned?

this is the model bike that i first learned of the cam gears slipping on the cam , no matter what we did , couldnt get them to run rite, also lots of people overtightin the cam caps, and causing lots of drag and other issues
