2017 crf 450r suspension set up help

hi all, I have a 2017 crf 450r and I'm having a bit a drama setting the suspension up,
I'm 15 stone and a fairly aggressive rider, so I've upgraded the springs to the next set up, the problem I'm having is setting the end part of the damping up,.......if I land to flat it easily bottoms out, and im not sure how to tune sus in to take heavy-ish landings, any help is greatfully received, thanks jays

At close to 210 pounds, and aggressive riding the front is valved a bit light for you. Add a bit more oil, and the fact you've already changed spring rates, you just need a stiffer valved front end. The more you go in on compression, the harsher it will get with the current valving, you'll still blow through it.

With my re-valve and 1 higher spring rate, my 17 is the funnest, balanced bike I've had to date.

Good luck to you in dialing in your rideWink

I weigh 208 and had my stuff done by Factory Connection and they left the front springs stock and just did valving change and stiffened up rear shock. Night and day difference, stock coming into the corners the front end just felt like it would just sink down and throw me all off balance. Also has good bottoming as couple of my local track has some good rollers to flat.
