2018 CRF 250 r clutch basket problems

I have not had a problem yet but a buddy detonated the whole motor peace of the basket took out his oil pump gear and seized the motor was wondering if anyone has had an issue and if so a solution I just ordered a Hinson basket for mine btw my bike has 9.5 houes

multiple people i know have broke theirs . Honda covered the motor but everything is so back ordered that it’s taking awhile . 2/3 months so far .

Yes... seen this on two occasions... take it back to the dealer... as far as I know Honda covered it both times... one was after roughly 30hrs the second one was after 16...
