Just bought a new rmz off a someone, unfortunately they lost the manual to it. I can’t find any info online about what kind of oil is recommended for a 2020 rmz450 and how much to put in. I see some stuff about using ecstar but I’m not familiar with it. Just broke it in so I’d like to change the oil and get out there. Any help would be greatly appreciated

i run shell rotella t4 15w40 or t6 5w40 for 15 years, zero issues. oil every 5 hours filter every 10

Google owners manual for 2020 Suzuki RMZ 450. Should be able to find it online.

10w40 motul is the shit, oil change is 1150ML with filter. It’s not 1200 like it says on the oil filter cap. That’s for a rebuild. There is always a tiny bit of oil left after draining. Don’t forgot both drain plugs and the screen as well

We run Maxima Premium 4 20/50 in our RMZ's. Helps with the shifting.
