How much fork preload is every running? Are you guys bottoming the fork every time you ride? My fork feels really good but i am bottoming them almost every time i ride. Should i try adding more oil? Maybe they need to be revalved stiffer?
I raced on the AER fork all this year and its almost impossible to bottom those forks. so I kind of like the fork riding high in stroke from being on air forks.

Current settings (sand/soft tracks)
18 FC450
Weight (155lbs)
4.6
10C
14C
2 clicks of preload
350ML

Thanks Jack.

I'm running 400cc of oil. I've tried from 370 to 400 and settled on 400.

I was running 390cc in my last 2 sets of cone valves. You might need a revalve but I'd try adding at least 20-30cc of oil first.

I’m 160lbs on 250f. I’ve only ever bottomed out when I had 0 preload.

Valving from Factory connection
4.7 spring
2 clicks of preload
380 or 390cc of oil

Don't be afraid to add another click of preload or go in on your clickers also.

What cone color and cone spring are you running in these setups? Blue or red cone? 25, 50 or 75nm cone spring?
