Athena GET will not update

I haven’t linked up to my GET ecu in over a year. This weekend I decided to do a couple of adjustments.
Upon connection I got a message stating I needed an update. I agreed to update, but the update will not complete. Anyone else run into this problem?

Was the bike running? It's been a while but I think the bike had to be running to be connected to the app for the update. If I am remembering correctly it took a few minutes so I set up a fan to try to keep things a little cooler.

Yes, the bike was running and I was connected via WiFi.

You can contact me direct and I will walk you through it.You need to make sure the app on your phone is up to date. Best way to do this is to delete the app and reinstall it.

Same problem here. Didn´t connect for a long time. My app is updated, but after I tried to update the get, I can´t connect anymore.

Could someone solve this problem already?

Try to follow these steps.

Close all the apps on your phone, make sure your phone is updated to the latest software and the GET app is also.

Start the bike, once the green light comes on (on the WiFi com)

Then go to settings, make sure you connect to the WiFi com and type in password if needed. Once the check mark is there then open the GET APP.

Mine seems to connect and work better when I do so with the bike off.
On some models you'll need to jumper connectors together in order to do the work with the bike off.

I have a fantic XXF 250 i download the app it rewding the info when i connect but when i m going to +add vehicle it stucks at connecting can anyone help me thanks!!
