I raced back in the 80s. One of my last races was on my 89 Rm125. This day was 125 A and B mixed (one gate drop) I started in 5th, my bike felt much faster and I passed two A riders on the first lap. On the second lap it quit running on a big down-hill and didnt start until near the end of the race. Was this a jetting issue or ? I dont know engines (my dad did all my wrenchng) Does anyone have an idea on it?

The engine was running very lean. Air leak or fuel starvation issue.
