I helped a neighborhood dude with his bike a few times. Fluid changes, adjustments, etc.
It is 31°, freezing rain, etc. Look at the ice on the foliage. The bike has sat outside nearly all farkin' winter, unprotected. Some people cannot be helped.
If there was a 2-stroke equivalent of the SPCA (shivering dog commercials) I'd report this incident.
