Can Fox Air Shox be shortened ?

I can’t seem to find the correct length for my 77’ RM125.
I see a few of the 16 inch or longer for sale but rarely anything shorter. I’m looking for 15.5 or maybe 15 inch. I have 80’ PE175 forks which are about 1 inch longer than stock forks. Maybe I’m not looking in right place for Fox Airs ? Length recommendation with the PE forks ?

I have shortened a lot of fork, pretty sure that it can be easely done

Thx for your reply. I was thinking maybe some kind of bushing could be put inside the shock to shorten how far it extends. I have never owned a pair so I’m just guessing.

Yes this is exactly what you need if you are not sure how to do it send it to a tuner, it should not be an expensive modification
