Cr125 top end cut out (maybe electrical)

So after trying trying all different jetting combinations this if always cuts out in the same place right as it is getting in the power band an it gets worse as Rpms increase. I'm trying to figuring if this is a faulty stator, coil, or etc. any help is much appreciated.
