Lucky guy! I have been searching for some land to build a track on, not easy to find the right location....some good farm land out your way....how are your neighbors with the noise?

My neighbors blow! Multiple issues with them for 10+ years and its mainly just me riding. Ive been scoping out sand pits in maine. Im hoping to finally be out of ny next year.

Yep...Lost a lot of great riding spots in the last 10 years...I"m close to 2 good practice tracks but they close early for the year ...when you have a mild fall, like we have had, we lose out on some good riding...enjoy!

You're a lucky guy Dedi. It's a snow/mud fest where I live!
Very nice bike btw.

Is anywhere open this Sunday? I wouldn't mind getting one more ride in before the weather turns, coming from the Wyckoff/Franklin Lakes area of NJ.

In the UK it is pretty wet and we also have snow through the winter, but most practice tracks stay open every Saturday and Sunday all year round. You just turn up, with no days blocked out for 'open practice' because their default is to run regardless. Just have to check the facebook page or call to make sure they haven't cancelled if it has rained the night before.

The downside is that they use lots of sand, woodchip and lime/concrete dust to bind the soil so that it drains and becomes tacky after heavy rain. We wash our bikes straight after riding because if you don't, the aluminum/aluminium gets corroded real fast.
