It seems every time I walk into my local bearing house, I walk out frustrated that they never have or can get exactly what I need. Anyone know of a good online bearing source to purchase quality (Koyo, NTN Etc.) bearings from? Main, trans, etc.?

I'm not sure if they have a website, but try SCV Bearing in Santa Clarita. They always had stuff when we needed it.

Yes, for the most part they're cheaper. You can buy the same bearing that is sold under the OEM name for half the price.

Pretty much, I work for one of the biggest heavy equipment brands in the world and all they do is take a skf bearing rebrand it theirs and mark it up 20%. You would be amazed at how many customers pay for that OEM bearing to make them feel better though.

Every bearing or shim you could imagine.
Thanks everyone for the input. Carlino, any idea what brand bearing MMC sells? I’ve found them on their site but they don’t say who the manufacture is. I even sent them an email asking but no reply.

I just looking to save a bit of monney and not have to wait on my dealer. But I also want a decent bearing- koyo, skf, NTN etc..

No I don't. I believe they are highly respect though.
