I thought this was a problem with bad injectors sticking open

I've been trying to work out when the fuel is making its way in there. I think its not from sitting after riding cause I drain the oil and get nothing more over the next week or so.

Its not cold where I've been riding so it can't be that. I need to try relieving pressure in the fuel line after riding to see if that helps. Has anyone tried that?
If you have enough room in the line you could but a T in the line before and after the injector pump with an on off valve. Keep the valve closed while running then open it when you stop which will let the pressure out back into the line before the pump.

Gas in the oil is common on fuel injected bikes used for snowbikes. Most of the time caused by bikes running rich due to being to cold.

Install a TTO temp sensor from trail tech right out of the head. I bet you'll be surprised how cool this bikes run in moderate weather. A thermostat will help keep it above 170 degrees and you bike will run better.

Might not be your issue, but worth looking into!
