I have an old a-kit shock from showa for my cr250-07. It's quite beat up so I want to refurbish it.. but I can't find any spare parts lists or anyone that seems to offer parts online? KYB seems to be much easier to find spares to.
Any advice?

Have you tried contacting Showa directly? I'm sure someone like Factory Connection could get what you need too.

Racing suspension products on east coast. Craig can source hard parts, and may have some in stock.

I did a little research regarding the RM shock.
On my shock there is a 18x50 shaft/cylinder and that's the same as the RM125/250 2001-8 RMZ250/450 2005-9
Any input on this?

When I said 96- 00 RM I was talking about the forks. Regarding the shock RM 125 2004-2008 is the same and I'm sure RM250 and RMZ250 / 450 with 18mm rod are the same. If its just the rod seal you need then the KYB and late model KTM with 18mm rods are the same.

Yes that and some cosmetic parts (like the anodized parts on the compression adjuster)
Now that I know what to use regarding wear parts that's no problem anymore. However the BIG oversized comp adjuster is my main concern now. I would like to change the visible parts there, but I guess here I need to turn to a shop.
