I recently bought a 2016 150 SX from a guy and rode it for the first time yesterday. On the second lap this happened [photo below]... the exhaust flange broke.

After further inspection I think this was broken previously and poorly repaired with something like JB Weld by the previous owner (he didn't say anything about it). I thought I lucked out because that piece bolts onto the cylinder which means I could buy just a new exhaust flange rather than a whole new cylinder but after looking at the microfiche on Rocky Mountain it doesn't show a part number for this piece. The only way you can buy it is by getting an entire cylinder & piston kit which is $850 Sick

Does anyone have any experience with this? Know how to get just the part I need? It is a seperately cast piece so why would KTM not sell it as its own part?

Oh wow that sucks, it's probably why he sold it. I don't have an answer for your question but I did notice that babbitts has the whole setup for $610 and I usually shop at Lake cycle who is usually cheaper than babbitts. If you have to order it all I would call lake cycle and he could ship it to u, he doesn't have a website so if your interested I can give u his number

Thank you. I wouldn't mind having his number if I do end up having to buy the whole setup.

Assuming you lost the broken piece? If not, you can have it welded.

Any luck on eBay?
