I have a 165 hour 2017.5 KTM 450SXF. I bought it at 140 hours. It has always made some noise (almost like a chatter) when the clutch is let out, and it goes away when the clutch is pulled in. It has always done this and it isn't getting worse that I can tell, but I just wondered if it is normal? Also, piston and timing chain replaced at 140, valves in spec. I have replaced clutch rubber bumpers, basket bearing, and all of the plates measured within spec.

For some reason I never noticed till today but my '21 KX250 does this too. Not meaning to revive an old thread but the video and information was useful for my worried ass.
If the dampers are worn out, it makes it louder than normal. Otherwise, pretty normal fare.
had a 16, 17, and current 22 450sxf...all do this...is normal
