Anyone know what the stock setting is supposed to be on a 17 KTM 350 sxf? I have been searching for a while and cannot find anything. Looking for what it should be set at with idle turned off.

Now understand I don't have the actual numbers from the factory, nor do I profess to be an expert, but...

As I understand it the normal reading would be at about .5 volt dc at idle throttle setting, but if it were increased to
about .75 volt or even 1 volt it would make the fuel mix richer at idle and all the way up the rpm range until you have a full 5 volts.
At wide open throttle it would be 5 volt and it would reach this quicker ( lower in the rpm range) with the use of the increased voltage at idle.
I have used this as a base on Hondas.

I've adjusted the TPS on a 16 and a 17 350SXF and they both responded very well at .62. Both have full FMF systems and both have the screen-less filter cage.

I was surprised at the effect of the screen-less filter cage on my FC450. It pulled way better in the mid range. It was a significant difference going up Mt. St. Helen for me.

The older I get, the faster I was.

I believe you are correct. I am looking for the stock setting as I don't have any modifications on mine.

Ok, thank you. I wonder what your idle is set at as depending on how high it is the voltage would be higher. I also do not have any modifications on it for better breathing.....

There is no 'accurate' stock settings as there will be variances from the factory. The idle alone changes the TPS as the idle is just tension on the throttle wheel. That being said, I've seen them range from .49v to .52v stock with about a 1700rpm idle...

Both the 16 and 17 350SXF's that I adjusted where at .49 stock.
