Kx 85 tapping noise at idle

Hi there hoping someone can help me out with my sons kx 85 2015 it has a tapping noise at idle but as doon as you open the throttle a bit above it stops the noise.
It has just had a full rebuild top and bottom end main bearings and seals all genuine parts.
Also sent the bore away to be recoated as it had a small mark on it.
We thought the noise might of been the power valves tapping but have changed both of them and the noise is still there.
If any one knowd what it might be that would be great.

Does the noise go away when you pull the clutch lever in while the engine is running?

It's a KX85. They all sound like that. They have a noisy PV system from what I have seen........

No the noise stays when i pull the clutch leaver in i was told the basket bearing could be gone and making the noise.

I have heard that he also has a 2010 85 as well but it doesn't make the same noise this noise is really noticeable.
