I have a Hymec hydro clutch on my CR 125 and since I installed it (even when brand new), it always had an air bubble sound at the slave cylinder when pulling the clutch lever. I've tried bleeding and flushing it multiple times, pushing fluid, pulling fluid, with seringue, with a brake bleeding pump, with or without tension on the rod and I can never get rid of the bubble. I also don't have oil leaking.
Slave cylinder operate fine, clutch too, although I find it a little grippy when engaging. I'm more worried when the unit and fluid warm up I feel like it is less responsive.
Are they all like that? Is it normal for those system?
I took some videos with sound, but don't know how to post them here.
Thanks
