I've got a 2011 KTM 250SX and keep breaking the stock clutch lever. Its about $40 to replace since its a hydraulic clutch, so I keep going with the stock cast piece. I'm finally looking to upgrade both brake and clutch with something more durable that can survive a drop. Any suggestions?

Arc....get the composite, bendable material for the levers instead of aluminum. Do a search and youll see what i mean.

That ARC Memlon stuff looks interesting. Wonder if it really works like they say, or if they get weak?

They don't. 170 + hours on my set with plenty of falls, trees and abuse.

I've had them on my last 6 bikes and never had an issue with them. They're definitely tough because I've cartwheeled a few times here and there too :-)

The ARC stuff also doesn't get up and down play when they get old. Great product and cool design. Anyone use their RC8 clutch perch and lever? awesome design

The Tusk levers are hard to argue with for the price. I was just about ready to buy a couple for $20. At this point in my life though, I would rather spent $110 more upgrading both of my levers with something that won't brake. That little Graham Jarvis spin around move that I pulled on a hill climb would have gone nicer if I had a ARC lever that just bends out of the way, rather than a Tusk lever that I would have to change out.

Are any of you guys matching these levers with the oem hand guards as provided on the husky?

Yes I use my arc’s with my husky hand guards but the clutch is a little wobbly with guards.. it’s not a big deal but I run my stock lever when I rock hand guards. Which isn’t very often

Ordered the tusk levers for my old CR, brake was fine but the clutch had a lot of play in it as soon as i put it on, not the highest quality but you get what you pay for. I'm on the fence about levers for my new ktm too. How are Sunline unbreakables?
