I'm looking for these rubber type cable ties to use instead of zip ties, but can't seem to find anything similar. Do you guys know what they are actually called, or were I can find some?

I've looked on eBay America (I'm from the UK). I found some similar by searching for "reusable cable ties". A lot of them are nylon but they may work well. There are even reusable plastic cable ties.

They are called rubber cable ties. You'll find them on the KTM/Husky parts list or from vintage bike suppliers for generics.
Part number 60011093045 for 45mm. Replace the last two digits with 60/75 for longer lengths.

Is 45mm long enough to wrap around a set of fat bars and a kill wire? If not 45mm, 65mm?

25.4mm per inch, you could measure and convert.

I was wondering the same thing. I think 45mm would be too short. I'm gonna try the 75mm ones.

75 mm is the way to go. 45mm are stretched really far to make it around the skinny ends of the bars.

As mentioned above, I use the Ducati cable ties. Found some on eBay here and there.
