I had my doubts but got one anyway! Anything to help my clubarm so thought! Used it for three days before my next Moto and I could not believe my arms weren't rock hard yet into the Moto! Just be sure to follow the guidelines! I was sold on it! I m sure results will differ person to person! Also it did not stop all the pump just made it way more easier to manage! Hopeful with constant use the pump will be less and less! Hope this helps!

For me, it reduced my arm pump pretty dramatically. Prior to using this device, my arms would pump up quickly if I slipped up on technique at all and started gripping too hard or making other mistakes. Now I don't really get arm pump. I can feel my arms getting tired which reminds me to focus on body position and relaxing my grip, but the moto is not wasted. I was skeptical but it just plain works for me. I use it the day before riding then maybe like 30 minutes before going out for my first moto. I'll stretch my inner forearm in 4 places 3 times each spot, then do the top of the forearm in 1-2 places. Takes a good 15 minutes but it's worth it.

Ive been using the fore-arm strong for almost 2 years now. I use it before I go to the gym with my trainer during my warm ups. I use it only a couple of times per week. You wouldnt believe the results! I used it more frequently upon first getting the device and my arm pump was nearly gone in 2 weeks. Just keep up on using it, and use it regularly. it works!!

Tight forearm muscles cause armpump. Whether you use this $160 or force a rock into your arm to do it, it will help. 100%
