Jessica Patterson Wraps Up Fifth WMA Title

Jessica Patterson wrapped up her fifth WMA title today in the first moto at Steel City, on a very slippery and muddy track due to overnight showers.  Patterson got third place in the first moto which was enough for her to win the title.  Sarah Whitmore took the top podium spot followed by Jessica Florentino in second.  Tara Geiger who was just behind Patterson in the standings, went down in the first corner but made a great charge and was just behind Patterson before going down a few more times and later choosing to pull off.
