KTM: Orange Level Service Centers Continue to Grow

Amherst, OH - KTM North America is proud to introduce the Orange Level Service Centers. This program recognizes dealerships and technicians that have achieved the highest level of technical training and customer service that KTM offers.

The Orange Level Service Center is a 12 month program involving four important objectives:
- Technicians must participate and pass the continuing educational development offered at any of the three KTM Factory Certified Training Centers
- Dealerships must maintain a complete set of standard and special tools
- Dealerships must maintain a high customer service rating
- Orange Level Service Centers can service, repair and perform warranty work on any KTM Model even if the dealership has not been qualified to sell that specific model.

“Each year the Orange Level Service Centers must qualify to maintain their status with KTM. Our goal is the development of dedicated service technicians and dealerships that are armed with the tools and skills to better service the entire KTM product line,” said Robert Pearce, Director of Customer Service at KTM North America.

“Starting in September 2006 with the Model year 2007, KTM OLSC program recognized dealers and technicians that passed all standards in the previous year thus earning them the status of a 2007 OLSC.” Pearce continued, “The first year’s program yielded 18 dealers and 26 technicians that reached OLSC status. We are very proud of their achievements in furthering their dedication to provide excellent service to existing KTM owners and future riders.”

OLS technicians are recognized by being outfitted in specially designed KTM supplied work shirts. Each OLS technician is awarded a plaque when achieving OLS status after attending and completing the specific training course curriculum. This plaque can be displayed by the technician in recognition of their achievements.

OLS Centers can be identified by the dealer proudly displaying their OLS Award in their store. Below is a list of all the 2007 OLS Centers along with the dealerships OLS technicians name.
